Who runs this domain. emberlanecapital.com is owned and operated by Matthew Payne Consulting in Tempe, Arizona. I am Matt Payne. This domain is used only as the sending address for business email that I write myself, from mailboxes I operate on Google Workspace.
This web site is not advertised. Apart from appearing as the sender address, this domain is not used in any message. No message links to, mentions, or promotes this web site, and nobody else is authorized to do so. We do not use affiliates, resellers, list brokers, or any other third party to send messages that reference this domain. If we learn that anyone has, we will ask them to stop and act to stop it.
What we send. Business email written by Matt Payne to professionals such as fund managers, financial advisors, and attorneys, at their business addresses. Some of these messages are a first contact with someone who has not previously asked to hear from us. We do not intend to email personal consumer mailboxes. Our lists are screened for personal mailbox providers and addresses without a name, and any we find are removed.
Standards for every message. Sent from a real mailbox that accepts replies. Accurate sender name and subject, with no deceptive or spoofed headers. One recipient per message. Plain text with no tracking links. A reply stops all further messages to that person. No mailbox sends more than 30 messages a day. Messages are authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Opting out. Reply "unsubscribe", "remove", or "not interested" to any message, or write to abuse@matthewpayneconsulting.com. Requests are honored promptly and permanently across every domain we operate.
Reporting abuse.
